VAT is not included on all prices and therefore is applicable currently @ 20% The Flooring Supply Centre Company accepts Credit card, debit card, bank transfer and cheque payments and we do not accept liability for charges made by any bank or bank transfer. Once you have placed your order with the flooring supply centre we will email you to confirm your order details and the price and availability of the goods. If we accept your order we will email you again to confirm that we have a contract however in the event that the materials are not available or there is an unforeseen price increase for your product there will be no contract between us. Your payment will not be taken until we accept your order. DELIVERY TERMSALL ORDERS ARE BASED ON STOCK BEING AVAILABLE IN OUR STORES FROM OUR SUPPLIERS WE WILL CONTACT YOU IMMEDIATELY TO ADVISE OF ANY DELAYS. YOU CAN COLLECT YOUR GOODS FROM OUR STORES IF YOU WISH. We offer a delivery service for the North west only @ £10.00 plus vat for areas within a 5 mile radius £20.00 plus vat for areas within a 30 mile radius. Timed deliveries can be arranged a surcharge of £20.00 Plus VAT Mon-Fri only 9am-5pm Saturday morning delivery can be arranged at a surcharge of £35.00 Plus VAT We can offer a NEXT DAY Delivery but this is chargeable and cost varies depending on location so please request a price prior to placing your order. Standard delivery is Monday-Friday between 8am and 4pm. We can confirm and agree the exact day of delivery for you but cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery any additional costs for redelivery of the goods are chargeable. Our transport team are very reliable and will deliver your goods in a Lorry with a tailgate to enable the driver to unload with a pallet truck and wheel this to your front door. Please ensure your address is accessible and if not notify us immediately to discuss alternative delivery options. If your address is subject to vehicle weight or width restrictions, Zone restrictions or Congestion charges please notify us at the time of placing your order as we may be unable to process delivery. When delivery is made you must check your goods are correct before signing the delivery note. Claims for loss or damage cannot be accepted once the driver has left with the signed document. Should you receive damaged, or there are missing goods please make sure it is documented on the courier’s paperwork accordingly and contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem. We cannot be held responsible for any subsequent claims or losses and we strongly advise against booking installation until goods are received and checked in correctly. If goods are refused upon delivery that is undamaged we reserve the right to charge courier charges applicable for delivery and return to us. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICYIn accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the order for up to 7 days after the the day upon which you receive the goods. If your order has not been delivered and you wish to cancel it please call our team on 0151 521 5221 or email us sales@flooringsupplycentre.co.uk and one of our helpful team will advise whether the cancellation is possible. You cannot return part of your order to us, you must return your whole order. Special order goods cannot be returned this includes carpets / accessories / bespoke products / non stock items / special cut items. If you wish to cancel your order within 7 days you must return the goods to us at your expense. All returns must be given a return number which can be acquired by contacting our sales team at 0151 521 5221 or email: sales@flooringsupplycentre.co.uk you will have to return the goods to us via your own courier.A refund will be credited back to the card that made the payment within 30 days of cancellation. All goods must be returned to this address THE FLOORING SUPPLY CENTRE Manufacturing defectsUnfortunately occasionally faults occur. Please ensure you check each piece before installation. If you feel you have a product fault please contact us immediately. Please be aware that if you request a Representative to call to your property to view a complaint that is not a product fault but a fitting fault you may incur a charge of £100 plus VAT. Installation implies acceptance for visibly faulty pieces and subsequent claims cannot be accepted. Product informationBefore you place your order you must ensure the product is suitable for the environment/room you intend to fit it in. If you are not sure please contact us for advice. We cannot guarantee the colour/pattern from a computer monitor and we recommend that you request samples before you order or view them in our showroom. Contact us to request a sample of your chosen product. |
